Train with Purpose

Blue Ridge Fitness offers both sport-specific training and personal training to the upstate SC community. On staff, we have a strength and conditioning specialist (Coach Cromer) who has studied athletic movements, mobility, nutrition, and sports performance. If you're looking for an individualized program based on your performance strengths/weaknesses/muscle imbalances, please reach out to Coach Cromer. We are also able to offer a variety of predesigned (valid and reliable) strength programs, which have yielded excellent results for our athlete members.

For those looking to "get back in shape" or improve everyday quality of life through supplementing with an exercise program, we have a variety of free or low cost options. Coach Cromer is able to design specialized personal training programs tailored to your strengths and weaknesses, and will go above and beyond to help you reach your goals.
